| Comments: Bottle. Pours hazy light lemony yellow with a small white head that sticks around fairly well. Aroma was sweet overlaid with citrus with some unexpected sulphurous tones. Not as estery as expected. Taste was fairly well balanced tart citrusy with very low bitterness with a bit of a toasty finish. Nothing evil except a very subtle sulphurous note. Fairly light mouth feel, complementing the taste fairly well. Not quite up there with Hoegaarden in depth and complexity of flavour, but not bad either. | ||||

| Comments: One of the better wheat beers going around. Nowhere near as good as Holgate's version, but this isn't bad. Nice on tap if you can find it (Wye River pub was the last time I had it on draught). I bit too carbonated though. | ||||

| Comments: Bulky, bubble-bath style head with fine bubbles and nice cloudiness. Witbeer style orange and spice notes with nice lemon zest giving a beautiful mouth-feel and nice long finish. | ||||
