Under the auspices of our master brewer, the very talented and much sought after Sam Fuss (ex-Little Creatures Brewery in WA), we're currently producing exclusive house lagers. It really is a sight to behold … A six hectolitre plant using a gravity fed system, rising 12 metres over four levels, all contained within a glass and steel viewing capsule.
