About Settlers Pale Ale
West Australian barley and traces of wheat are blended to produce Bootleg's handcrafted, refreshingly fruity alternative to the commercial market whilst acknowledging the pioneers of the district.
The use of bittering and aromatic hops provides citrus and melon aromas balancing the malt to finish with an appetisingly lemon bitterness. Deliciously food friendly.
