About Feral Belgium White

Our witbeer is produced in the true Belgian style with 50 percent barley and 50 percent wheat used in the grist. A measured amount of dried and cured oranage peel and cracked corriander seeds are added to contribute the citrus and spicy notes that are characteristic of this style. This beer is unfiltered and served deliberately cloudy to enable our imported yeast strain with it’s tart and phenolic flavor to dominate the beer.
