About Cascade First Harvest Ale

Brewers Description (to be taken with grain of salt): Once a year, the first greeen Williamette & Cascade hops of the season are harvested to supply enough for a single days brewing. Within hours, the fresh green hops are combined with new season pale malt, our exclusive ale yeast culture and pure Tasmanian water to create Cascade First Harvest Ale. This is a traditional top fermented ale with a prominent leafy aroma and a spicy citrus finish resulting from the fresh hops. These herbacious tones are balanced by a rich and robust maltiness.
