About Amber Hefeweizen
Its name is derived from the use of wheat and amber malt. German Weizen yeast imparts strong phenolic aromas to balance the unusual wheat flavour. A traditional German Hefeweizen.
Served at 2 – 4oC, Conventional Carbonated
